It was an idea about seven or eight years ago followed by some capricious tinkering, but for the last two and a bit years it’s been back-breaking and it’s finally arrived. The first batch of nougat destined for commercial sampling was cooked and poured to Moby’s Ooh Yeah on repeat. Ooh Yeah!
